Once your order is completed, approved, and final payment has been received, your item will be packaged and shipped out. You will receive an email to confirm shipment details and a tracking number.

Delivery timelines will vary depending on location, however, please allow up to 5-8 business days from when your order has left our facility. Depending on the size and type of item(s) packaging methods may vary between individual packages, secured to a pallet or crated.

Our regular delivery method provides you with a curbside delivery of your furniture. A second option you can purchase is our White Glove Delivery, this option is only available to main urban locations and our local deliveries. The White Glove Delivery offers you in-home delivery to a room of choice with set up.

Damages

Should any of your products arrive with damages either to the packaging and/or the actual product please follow the instructions outlined below:

If damages have occurred to the packaging please make a written note with the shipping or courier company. If no written notice has been reported we will not assume the responsibility for the damages and will not accept for a return or refund.

Please DO NOT throw away original packaging.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours by calling our office at 1(866)832-4340 or emailing office@prairiebarnwood.com (Exceptions will be made for gifts) When contacting us regarding damages please include your name, order number, piece of furniture you are referring to as well as photo’s of the damages to either the item(s) or packaging. We will then instruct you how or if to return the damaged item(s) for repair or replacement.

Excessive Damage to Package and Contents

If your package appears to have significant damage, you may refuse delivery of the item and it will then be returned to its place of origin. Arrangements for replacement or repair will be made once item(s) have returned to our shop and have been inspected.

Please note the following:

  • When arrangements have been made for replacement please be aware that original lead time may apply.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the original package is received back at our shop. Allow for 7 Business days.
  • Prairie Barnwood Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or issue a repair, replacement or refund in the event that the item(s) were found to have suffered damage after delivery, has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions.
  • *Normal wear and tear of the product is not included

Delivery

If you are within our local delivery radius our shipping partner will be contacting you to set up a time and date to deliver your order. Please see above for delivery options as they do apply to this delivery service as well.

Assembly/Installation

Product assembly and installation are not included in your purchase. We can arrange or recommend to have a contractor assemble and install the product into your home upon completion. Please arrange for this at time of purchase or by emailing sales@prairiebarnwood.com.
